Although this book is marketed towards teen girls, anyone who has an interest in fashion will like it. Since I love clothes and fashion history, I ordered this for myself as part of the Vine program, and it's been a treat to look through!The book is organized in a roughly chronological format, and it highlights the main fashion trends of eras starting with Ancient Greek style. Special attention is also paid to the accessories of each time period, and the color sketches are just fabulous.I teach literature, and have even been thinking about bringing this into class to talk about some of the fashions during time periods I teach.This is a really fun book that even adults will enjoy!

Bought this book for my little sister becuse she got a fashion sketch pad for Christmas I briefly looked over the book which arrived a day early which was a plus and the book was in excellent condition...it gives a brief history of fashion and why that fashion was important I think my sister is going to enjoy this
